A.G.M
1. The first item on the agenda was to welcome everyone to the first meeting of the new season.
2. We then reviewed what took place on the final meeting of the previous season.
3. The New Committee was elected :
PRESIDENT - DANO FITZPATRICK
CHAIRMAN - BILLY WATSON
SECRETARY - JOHN WESTON
TREASURER - ROBERT POLLOCK
P.R.O - TOM HOGAN
4. The handicap committee was then elected :
COLIN FLANAGAN
PATRICK SMITH
ROBERT POLLOCK
CIARAN DAVEY
5. There was then a discussion on the MISS RULE. It was decided that the MISS RULE would be amended. (See League Rules - Rule 24)
6. The Entrance Fee's were then discussed with the outcome being that ;
EACH TEAM PAYS A £20 REGISTRATION FEE.
7. The Treasurer then gave his Financial Report for the previous year and new ways of obtaining money for the forthcoming season were discussed.
8. The date was set for the FINAL REGISTRATION OF TEAMS FOR BOTH THE BILLIARDS & SNOOKER LEAGUES. (See Meeting Page)
