A.G.M
1. Seamus McGivern welcomed everyone to the first meeting of the new season and thanked everyone for the previous season.
2. No apologies were sent from St. Patrick's Ballynahinch or O'Donnell's
3. The Treasurer then gave his Financial Report for the previous year and new ways of obtaining money for the forthcoming season were discussed.
4. The New Committee was elected :
PRESIDENT - BILLY WATSON
CHAIRMAN - SEAMUS MCGIVERN
SECRETARY - JOHN WESTON
TREASURER - ROBERT POLLOCK
P.R.O - TOM HOGAN
5 The handicap committee was then elected :
COLIN FLANAGAN
TOM HOGAN
ROBERT POLLOCK
6 The Entrance Fee's were then discussed with the outcome being that ;
EACH TEAM PAYS A £20 REGISTRATION FEE OR £30 FOR 2 TEAMS
7 The date was set for the FINAL REGISTRATION OF TEAMS FOR BOTH THE BILLIARDS & SNOOKER LEAGUES. (Tue 3rd Aug 2011).
